Yep Mr. Bill, I got the Dobeck controller, LRD Pipe, and added a UNI filter. Went out the other day riding with another King Quad and I could pull up and pass at will. He didn't like it and started asking where and how much....that speaks volumes. Chadd the LRD pipe is a work of art, beautiful welds, fit, and finish. And it sounds good too :D

Chadd you can run it with or without the quiet core. I have mine in and it's louder from the seat when riding, but when you hear it drive around/by it's not much louder than a stock quad. I think its rated at 92 db.

oldtrucks, have you put a clutch kit in your King Quad yet? My buddy has one with a pipe an power commander, it helped a little. Last week we installed a clutch kit and WOW this thing is amazing. By far the best bang for the buck on the KQ.

Andrew why must you bust my balls, my quad is all stock. If I were to put a clutch kit in I'd probably go with the EPI Big Tire High Elevation kit, with the internal spring kit. I have a friend that has one and he said it really helped the holeshot, so much that he smiles when he rides it, a lot! I'd like to see how it would do heads up against an 800 now, it appears to have really helped :D

That is the kit my buddy is running, it made a huge improvement. I can't comment on the 800 as I have not been on one yet but we did run with some Polaris 700 efi's sunday. Before the KQ would jump ahead and the Polaris would slowly reel it in. Now the KQ jumps out to such a lead the Polaris can't keep up. I would guess it would be slower than an 800, but we went over 100mi before the KQ needed fuel. Can't say that for the Polaris quads. I am not bashing anything here, just stating observations.

My friend said it can pull the front wheels out of the hole, to the point where he has to lift after about 50 feet because he has to get the wheels down to steer. Apperently it's a good modifcation for the King Quad....I'll have to investigate it further.....if I ever decide to modify mine.

Yeah....Thanks Bryan....the cat's out of the bag. Isn't there some kind of confidentiality clause with the aftermarket parts guys anymore? No loyalty.....damn
