Speed Run (Video)

Postby GrizzlyGuy » Sun Apr 06, 2008 11:25 am

Flyin Boy and I were wondering just how fast Grizzly 700's will go, so we found out on our last Utah trip: :D

Glad you guys liked that one. I think Flyin Boy said he hit 63 mph. I actually forgot to check my speedometer, I was having too much fun just going all-in on the gas. :D

Oh, and I forgot to mention. Some of the "flash back" scenes (me riding side-saddle and singing) were from the Casto Canyon Blues video which happened earlier that day. Not exactly my best performance, no one has nominated me for an Emmy or anything..

My favorite part is the two mountain bikers you passed. They probably had one of those "What the frick* was that all about" moments.

* frick because it was in utah after all...

LOL! Uh-oh, Teejay. Did you go and subject yourself to Casto Canyon Blues? Sorry, man.

Yeah, I came around that corner of the canyon, side-saddlin'-and-singin'... and there those two ladies were, already pulled off to the side. They must have heard me coming. Not my engine, just my crappy singing. I was sooooo busted.

They were smilin' so I kept singin'... but I'll bet they had me pegged as one of those crazy frickin' Kalifornians. Oh well, gotta have a sense of humor, right?
