Highlifter Lift Springs

Postby zkeys » Tue Jan 15, 2008 4:13 pm

I just installed a set of HL lift springs and thought I would let you all know about them. They are definately stiffer than the stock springs, but not to stiff that the ride is crappy. I do not think that I got any lift from them. Which is a good thing because I did not get them for lift. The front end does not want to dive as much as stock, but it still dives a little bit. I was cornering very hard though. I really only spent about 10 minutes on them but they felt pretty good. I go about 270 so to a smaller framed individual may find them a little harsh. Did not do any rock crawling or anything like that so my knowledge is just from riding through the woods for a bit.
I picked mine up used and I think I only paid 30 bucks for them.

Hope this helps anybody that might be interested.

Thanks,
Zack

Great to hear that they are working for you. I am very happy with my HD springs from polaris for my polaris.

Zack I put a set on my quad at about 1000 miles. I didn't realize how much my stock springs had worn until I put these on. My quad probably gained a 1/2" of height over the original height, and close to 1 1/2" up from the worn out ride height.
