A Kenyan official says he offered Bill Clinton 40 goats and 20 cows for his daughter Chelsea's hand in marriage five years ago -- and is still waiting for an answer.
Daughter? I always thought Chelsea was the family pet.... I would have said yes five years ago... Saving on that Stanford education.
