Dirt Break Intermission

Postby QMaze » Mon Jul 12, 2010 8:43 am

Thought I would give you guys a break while your cleaning yourself up from all the dirt. I don't have any atv pics to share but thought I'd share some of my local pics.

Looking west towards the Ambassador Bridge ( Detroit -> Windsor ). We have a walkway that winds all along the Detroit River, really nice plce to hang out.

Viewing North ( yes Detroit is more north than I, actually believe or not our Latitude matches Northern Califonia, I'm in Canada but still more south than some of the US States, thats why we get such sunny weather, lol.

This the GM Building in Detroit, MI

Looking North, Detroit City, beautiful at night.

This is pano I did with my Canon 1D ( amazing piece of equipment, just sits in a box now ), stitched a few shots together. Love this shot.

Beautiful mallard taken with the 1D again.
Image

This is my buddies place, he has a new Yamaha Kodiak 450, so I visit as often as I can, 2 of his whippets, so fast.
Image

This is me fooling around, downtown Windsor, I removed my back seat and set my tripod up, snap.

Shot of my car when I was at my buddies house with the ATV, Gananoque, Ontario - right along the St Lawrence

I'm currently deciding what kind of website to develop to get more of my images up, I'll post back when thats available.

Thank you, thank you. Yeah the dogs are great, Rodney and Murray, in fact it's difficult to tell but its at least a 6 foot ditch they are jumping because I know the atv fits easily end to end. Whippets are so cool oh man they are fast.
