well i hope this works out well for the trail.it is a olympus stylus tough 8000 it is very small and they make a neoprean armband that holds the camera.waterproof 33ft shockproof6.5ft frezer prof dust proof if it does any of this i will be very happy :) its the most durable cam out thought this would be perfect for riding hope to test it out soon!

I have the Olympus Stylus 1030SW for over a year now.....Great ATV camera....mine even has some dents....

it's tough, waterproof, handles dust well....now I don't think the pictures are as nice as my canon's.....but they just don't hold up...and the visual difference, just isn't THAT big of deal...for the extra durability.

So yeah...good choice. I'm not familiar with the "Tough" series...maybe they just changed the name since I got mine. Jack has one too.

Not for lack of trying - we had to back track a few miles up at Yuba Gap when dumbass forgot to zip up his jacket pocket - found it laying next to the trail. Then just a couple of days ago there was panic that he left it in the room in Germany.

Ken + camera gear = lost/broken shit. :lol:
