wheel play

Postby springtuckyn » Fri Aug 12, 2016 10:25 am

any idea on how much play the back wheels should have in the bearing on a 05 700 EFI, w/2700 mi? I have the gf's 07 500 parked next to mine and thought my tires looked to be pointing a bit inwards compared to hers.... then shook my rear tires and damn thing seems like the bearings are going out or something...

Shouldn't really be any play. They do have bearings and should be replaced every so often. They're sealed, so no rebuild like on an older car. Not a super hard job.
