Atv tear down

Postby ATV'er » Mon Oct 24, 2011 1:07 pm

So its been a while since I've gone through my atv to check for cracks. Since I needed to order some parts becuase I thought my exhaust manifold was leaking I took some time to see what else I could find. Turned out that my exhaust manifold was cracked and thats were I had an exhaust leak. This would make sence why my exhaust manifold has been getting so hot.

Just the one that was cracked. it was the vent for the fuel tank. The other fuel lines are alot tougher because of the fuel injection.

My vent tube on my red one broke too. The one that goes down the steering tube.
