2003 Polaris Sportsman 700

Being a Kawasaki guy (2005 Brute Force 750i and Prarie 400 4x4), I've started looking at Polaris. (I really like the new 800 x2)

Locally, I came across a guy selling a 2003 Sportsman 700 for $2300. Seems the guy is the 2nd owner, but based on the photos (I've not seen it in person yet), the machine appears solid.

Is this a fair price for the machine if its not high miles/hours and is in good shape?

well i bought a 03 600 twin with less than 1000 miles and right at 100 hrs. for $3500 here in TX
