Oil and lubes for 800

Postby MrPolaris » Thu Aug 17, 2006 1:20 pm

I am changeing my oils and gear crap today and I cannot remember which oil goes with what device in the undercarriage.

I have three bottles that I got with the oil change kit. . .

AGL (ATV Gear case Lubricat)
Demand Drive Fluid
ATV Front Gear Drive Fluid

Where should I put each of these oils. . . I know where to put them in, but not sure which fluid goes into which location. As in the rear transfer case, the middle Trasmission or the front transfer case and the Main oil resevor. . .

AGL, Tranny
Demand drive fluid, Front Diff
ATV gear drive fluid, Rear diff

Tranny should take full quart. Front and rear diff fill them until it comes out of fill hole.

Fill till they come out?? No kidding. The manual gives like these crazy exact numbers.....1.3oz or some thing like that.
