ATV Ramps
Now that I have a 3/4 ton 4x4 the 6' ATV ramps I use for loading my quad into the back of my truck are not long enough. Any suggestions.... Should I go with;
folding ramps http://www.atvramps.com/SF-9012.htm
or.... dual runner ramps http://www.atvramps.com/dual_ramps.htm
If dual runner ramps..... Arched or straight?

What's wrong with your existing ramps? 6' should be long enough, that's what I'm using and our trucks have to be similar in height.

Allegedly....still haven't seen it yet. Miyagi I have a set of Oxlite "E" ramps , here's a "How to Pick" page thay have, http://www.oxlite.com/choosing.htmMrBill wrote:What did he get a chevy?
The nice thing about a set of ramps is they are width adjustable so you can use it for your quad, lawnmower, or Lark

I'm wondering if it's cuz I have an 8' bed?What's wrong with your existing ramps? 6' should be long enough, that's what I'm using and our trucks have to be similar in height.
I set my 6' ramps up and rode my quad onto the ramps..... Got off the quad and I can literally push my quad over. I'm right at the balancing point (not good)..... I need longer ones....I'll use the 6' ramps for my snowmobile/atv trailer.

Just measured.... 39". So, 39" x 2.2 = almost 86". The ramps I want are 89" and 90"..... That should work.

BTW Mr. Bill, looks like you need longer ramps.... based on that photo, looks awefully steep.....
BTW - I can get a tool box and quad in the bed of my truck and still close the tailgate.... Life is good.
Don't forget the $40. for shipping....$170 for the folding 90" ones not bad.

Mine were $275 plus tax, but 3500 lbs. rated.
You will not see mine in my wifes truck any more Lift kit with 38" tire it is now 42" to the tail gate (down) or more it is in the dirt now.
Trailer time.
42 x2.2= way to long.
