Koplin Matrix Cooler Rack Bag

Cooler is Top Notch...IF - zipper lube is used regularly.
- Beer kept cold LONG TIME! 24 hours w/out any cooling media other than the cold beer.

Zippers are the only weak spot.

I sent mine back, broke two zippers and the stitches were coming apart. If you ride mostly trails it's probably going to be ok, any crawling where things get bounced around you may have problems. I really liked the compartmentation and versatility of it, it just fell apart on me.

did you send it back to Koplin, or take it elsewhere like where you might have purchased it? I ask because I've already broken the two zipper handles on the cooler part...that zipper's a real bugger.

Did you get your $$$ back, or have them send you something else?

I bought it through Cabela's, I emailed them and they took it back no questions asked. I had them send me one of the Kolpin hardside contoured cases. I've had great sucess with both Cabela's and Kolpin customer support.
