Curious about Footwell Skid plates

Postby Damn Yankee » Wed Jan 25, 2006 3:39 pm

New to the this board and am afraid this is not a new post. I've sent E-mail to Ken and Dan regarding footwell protection with no replies to date. Don't really have time to build em myself, and really want to install something before putting the new footwells on. Any news on these things?

I did see something here about some modifications/extentions for the ones you're running...................really be interested, as "beaver stumps" have claimed two of my wells. BTW, if you didn't get my E-mail, quite possible Dan didn't either.

I was wondering too...Dan...can you make two...same model...a set for the Yank...and a set for me?

I'm ready to buy...if you're ready to sell...wazzup?

I want the new ones...not the ones on Ken's...new ones look better...Ken's look all scratched...I like the paint...

BTW...Ken...nice pic! I bet you were glad you didn't have the EFI in that situation...is that the pro armor skid plate? How about the a-arm guards? I guess it doesn't matter about the skid plate...just bought the polaris plate for a song on ebay...but don't have the stick stoppers yet.

Thanks fellers!

The new extensions are only for the 2005.

What I did, is take a small aluminum sign, and cut it and bolt it on. I bent it around a baseball bat to make the curve.
