Almost did that a couple of times..... I learned to put the back stairs down before loading a 727. lol....I almost did that, managing the unloading of a 727.

Mine had a tail stand...or maybe it was the DC 8...I don't remember anymore.
But I watched sink down to about 6" from the ground.
Then there's the time...the RENO plane...actually hit the ground, front wheel in the air.
The guy climbed in...We asked and nearly begged to move the freight around....but he told us no problem...he fired it up, hit the throttle and used the engines to put nose back down.
Unreal...considering the guy was getting 20K a year to fly boxes to Reno.
That one, I was expecting to see on the news.

Wow..... My worst situation was directing pilots parking learjets. All landing and taxiing at the same time. I start wanding them in and in true form ones not paying any attention to me.....
Two learjets pulled up side by side crossing wing tips..... Thank god they were carrying different weights and there was snow on the ground otherwise, they would have smashed together.... learjets have tip tanks.
