My Fav for rain is

car hart bibs
http://workwearsavings.sportsmansguide. ... x?a=674230

and a cabelas jacket
http://www.cabelas.com/product/Clothing ... _104059080

Ive tried several pants / bibs from snow to just rain the carharts work the best for atving for me. The reason is on all the others they had a zipper or some type of fly opening and water will pool there when your setting down on a ride. So it becomes a matter of when not if the water dumps into your crouch some how. The carharts dont breath at all so are warm. I where under armor under it and thats it also under armor can get wet and its still retains body warmth unlike cotten. If i was walking / working moving around id wear something else though.

My biggest issue is i cant see in the rain ridding... goggles get covered in drops to fast sun glass arent much better , and the rain hurts my baby blue eyes when i go naked..

For normal rain/snow...

You've seen my pants. The Army Gortex pants I wear in the summer...are also my pants in the winter. :)

Just toss on some under gear...and I'm good to go!

I bought them at Army surplus store for 50 bucks.

I've bought 2 pairs...One in 2003, at the Surplus store on Greenback (it's gone). The other in 2005, in San Diego.

I've not seen one near us.

When I got a hole, I sent them to www.rainypass.com and they fixed it beautifully.

if we could start taking about sales this would be a perfect thread for some ladys..

What do you guys do for goggles etc in the rain? Just wipe um off with your hands/ jacket? I end up tucking a bandana / rag in my neck under my jacket and coming to a full stop and dry off / wipe. Like i said if its my only Issue that drives me back to camp / truck is i get fed up with stoping / to clean my goggles and lack of visibility.

Nice link there ken i have a old 4 season back packing tent i was just about to let go but now maybe not.
