But after one year relizing that the dont work to well I got my ham radio licence. You can use it on Simplex which is out a repeater and it will work really good. If you get on a station with a repeater you can go along ways plus its a life saver in a time of need.

I've put a CB on a quad and with a few modifications, can work quite well. It's a lot of work to talk to your riding partner(s) though.

That sounds like a neat way to go as the class is being taught by off-roaders for off-roaders.

At Jamboree this past week I was approached by several people wanting this class after Rachel's rescue.
