Awesome! Thanks HellCat.

I think I'll call them tomorrow and see if they can do a custom length with the 1/4" rope. That's what my Warn extension is made of and if I can save a little space in my rear bag, all good. Or maybe even the 3/16". I'll promise to tug gently and not scale cliffs. :D

I usually just carry a 50' length of 800 pound rated rope, purchased at Walmart for $12.00

It's saved my butt plenty of times last winter. Heading up a hill, hit deep snow, plow through, but get stuck mid-way up. Nearest tree is about 15' further than the winch cable will reach, so I pull out the rope, hook it to the winch, wrap around the tree and presto. Cheap and easy.
