Just like the other day...I saw this guy on eBay selling (2) 2 dollars bills for $2.99. Ok..sounds good.

Shipping/Handling= $6.50 and $1.50 for insurance.


2.99 + 6.50 + 1.50 = $10.99 for $4 worth of bills.

I see that crap all the time on eBay. Either inflated price or the shipping is BS. Kind of like that one jerkoff advertising free shipping to 48 states, unless you live in one of the 17 coastal states. I say he was in a state of confusion and stupidity
