My snowmobile Buddy Ed bought a New RAZ and we went for a eazy ride to try it out. Want to go into Mossy Pond but Ed's wife didn't like that idea at all part way in. Going to take a little time to get her into off Rd riding. The trail into Mossy Pond is not all that BAD, but it wasn't for her. So opened the gate and made the loop around Buzzards Roost on the Access Rd. and then off to make the Sand Ride Loop. Had lunch @ Sand Ridge Lake and then down to the North Rd. out. Only 38 miles but it was fun and I got the new RAZ dirty and a few scrachs on it. lol
A few of my Pic. Hope you enjoy

Nice shots! I didn't know there was a way to loop all the way around Buzzard Roost, I'll have to check that out.

My bad! The loop I was talking about dosen't go around Buzzards Roost. I know most of the peep behaind the gate @ Magonigal's camp and have the combo for the gate. In that way and looped around the North face of Buzzard's on the access Rd. built by the FS in the mid 90s and back to Lily Pond. Sorry

Ahhh, gotcha, no worries. The only time I've ever been on the other side of that gate was when I backpacked into Paradise Lake via PCT. Really-really nice lake, one of the most scenic in our neck of the woods IMHO.

Oh, and now that we know you have the combo to the gate... you can expect super-extra nice treatment from the forum members.
