Meadow Lake 8/3/2012 to 8/5/2012

I made it to Meadow Lake.
By the time we got there it was 9:30pm and very dark ,my family was very upset with me so i found a place to park, unload, eat dinner and get everyone to bed. When I woke the next morning, I walked down and talked to Jerry the camp host and he said all the spots where paid for but people wouldn't start arriving until Monday for the big Jeep Jamboree next weekend, so I moved the toy hauler to a spot close to the lake just past the host. The drive out seemed easier probably because the sun was out.

Took my 12year old son out for some rock crawling and he did very good for being on a 2 wheel drive quad and never riding the rocks.

Next time I go I will plan to stay longer because it is rough getting there.

well glad you made it but not the best time to go! these 2 weeks are the bussyest of the year for it. that road sucks weather day or night ! cool pics! love the little guy on the rocks way to teach him right thanks for shareing!
