OK bitches...

Part 2 finally uploaded...thanks to GoToMyPc....was able to log on to my PC at home and do it remotely from Washington DC.

Let me know if you figure out the subliminal message (2 in fact).

Couple things that are jumping out at me:

- The obvious reference and camera zoom to dates (1908, graffiti dates on the lookout "cabin")
- The sound track (I'm an Outlaw): Possible reference to disregarding the USFS closure?
- The sound track (Catch me if you can): Possible reference to out running USFS park rangers?
- The tree hugging at the end was a nice touch!

Who rode the ATV backward into the bed of that itsy bitsy F150? I didn't see a headache rack. I was waiting for the window to shatter.

Ah...good to know.

Man..you were fast!! I started the upload around 12 midnight...the first time I did it...it failed. So I wasn't even sure it would work. Before I could even log in to see if it uploaded correctly....it had been viewed 24 times...LOL. I had no tags or anything on it.

Thanks...I think that's going to be my video focus...is documenting trails, and adventure rides.

I'm pretty sure the Deep Purple song cause the sound to get muted at first. It's REALLY DUMB, IMO. A lot of the publishers, simply put an ad to buy the song....that's SMART BUSINESS. But WMG publishing...doesn't...and mutes all sound.

So if you run into that problem...so far it's worked for me every time.

1. Go to "My Account" on YouTube.
2. Click on the link that appears only if you have videos that contain copyrighted material.
3. There will be a link in the lower part of the page that says "I want to learn more about the dispute process". Click that.
4. Go to the right and click on the link that says "I have a valid reason to dispute this claim. Take me to the dispute form."
5. You'll see three options. Click the second one, which basically says that you have copyrighted material that can be considered as fair use by law.
6. In the box underneath the option that says to write a brief explanation, copy this:

Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.

7. There will be another box at the bottom, where you will copy the exact text it tells you to beneath the box.
8. When you are done, submit the information, and confirm it on the next page.

That's my argument...the closure of the trail was news reporting. :)

My favorite Dave is the Switchback section coming down.... if you look carefully, twice I caught 3 of you, at the same time in 2 directions. It was really nice to be able to capture the actual switchbacks.

Jack and I went up at night one time....Jack, Terry, Dan, and myself....around 10PM one summer. Drove up...it was awesome watching all the headlights going every direction.

Yeah, you got the switchback parts as you wished, I think. Going up and going down you can see riders going back and forth. That was a great idea. I would *probably* ride the goat trail now, having seen it from top and bottom. I've not done a night ride yet - I hope to actually camp at the Miyagi next year and be a full participant and maybe get a night ride in (though not something so technical as the goat trail!)
