riding the eastr coast here we may not have the rock climbs that you have . which i must say are great but we have alot of mud up this way but unlike you guys we are fighting a uphill battle here keeping places to ride . the tree huggers are trying to win but they won't.i woul like to ride out there sometime the kid's will be moved out in about 3 yrs so the wife and i will be free to travel. well just found this site and i like it .only wish some one from the east coast though.

The MECCA of ATV's is Utah......it's a dream. Ride....ride into town (a lot it's legal), head back out.

In Ohio we have Wayne National Forest and Perry State Forest. They close the trails from December 15th till April 15th.....kind of makes for a long winter.
I was living in the area briefly and have since moved back to the Cleveland area. Cleveland on the other hand has no designated ATV trails...it kind of sucks....that's why it's kind of cool to see where others ride at... and the fact that you can ride all year long.

I would love to be able to jump on the quad, ride to the store and then head home again. . . I was in Switzerland a few months back. . . a few people came ripping through town on quads. . . were sport quads, but they were still quads riding on the roads. . .

I do most of my riding in the Northumberland forest, north of Cobourg, But next year I am planning on getting a trail pass for the EOTA eastern ontario trails alliance. Lots of trails and back roads that can be ridden. There is a 30 mile portion of the highway that we are allowed to ride the shoulder. This takes us up toward Algonquin Park. The EOTA allows quads all year.
If it's fun, it's probably illegal

Foresthill? Is that Mammoth Bar Park? or some other place?

Where's Gold Lake to La Porte? What's the elevation. Are problem now, is all our favorite spots have 15 feet of snow.

Welcome by the way. Which Polaris's do you have?
