Speaking of Rincon Rock crawling. I rode with a guy on Sunday and we went on the Secret Squirell route that has a NASTY rock section. low and behold he knocked a hole in his transmission and lost all the fluid. PLASTIC skid plates WTF Honda?? He had done some mods to the carb and a Big Gun exhaust. It ran real well till we hit the rocks.

Oh come on now. You guys can make fun of Dusty all you want, but it's not all that bad.Ken wrote:Rock Crawling Honda...is an oxymoron.
No it's not a "rock buggy" , but put on some decent tires (like you all put on your Polaris'), and some decent skids (also like you put on your Polaris') and they do okay.
Rincon that's dialed in.

I don't have skid plates and I went down winch hill #1 backwards......
I was totally surprised it still ran....
The Honda (on the otherhand) would still be there rusting waiting for the Rubicon PoRn Stars to stop by.... chop it up and discard it at your nearest recycling plant. lol.....

Now I know what to do with my friends without atv's. When I invite them and they say they don't have anything to ride, I'll just say, walk along next to me and hold me when I get scared.Ken wrote:way too much assistance...
