Silver Lake/Mud Lake Area

Postby avejoe » Tue May 08, 2007 10:32 pm

I used to wheel on the ridge above Silver Lake and the Mud Lake area. There is (was?) a cool trail that went through Allen Camp and looked down on Silver Lake from the south side. The trail becomes too technical for a stock 4x4 truck, but it would be perfect for quads.

Anybody done this trail lately? is it still open?

Thanks!

Over by Kirkwood?

Jack has been over there...Pioneer Trail, I think. See if he knows.
