Well if you want something really different you could try Pismo Beach. Depending on how far you are willing to drive there are lots of places to ride near Redding. We just rode up there last week on Fenders Ferry road and there was no snow. We went on a ride last year with D2 on Graniteville road to Bowman lake. It tops out around 6100 feet. I don't know how much snow there is at that elevation but there is probably some. If you like OHV parks there is Prairie City near Sacramento. We rode last year off Emigrant Trail near Pollock Pines. There are lots of roads to ride on in that area so it might be possible to stay away from the snow.

When you say you have ridden Clear Lake do you mean Mendocino Forest? We have ridden there from Deer Valley Campground over to Stonyford. Might be some snow at the higher elevations now. Good Luck

Pipi Valley has a lot of nice trails. It would normally be covered with snow this time of year but it really hasn't snowed much. It's off of Hwy 88, not too far from Jackson.
