'05 Cat, Bad shock bushings

Postby trailhawk » Sun May 14, 2006 7:36 pm

I recently picked up a new '05 500 Cat wheeler last November and after only 300 miles the shock bushing are worn out to the point that they are real sloppy. Cat will warantee them but only replace with the same crappy plastic bushings it came with, There is a guy on www.arcticchat.com that makes a better set out of an oil-lite neoprene material that is much better than the stock ones for $64.00 for all 16 of them. Thought I'd pass on this bit of info for anyone who needs it.

Sounds like it's worth the upgrade....that's way too quick to "burn out".
