so i bought a clyinder a while back and i have had the new head done just havent really wanted to mess with it. this weekend i felt up to it,every thing is ready so i drain the oil take the oil cooler off run diesel throu everything clean it out real good! gave it a tug and feel some sort of thump! cant figure it out but there is a thump not all the time but somthing is wrong.put oil in itto see if that helps but it doesnt! now im not going to put the new clynder and head with it like this so now im not happy. we decide to take the side of motor off to see if something is getting caught,do it nothing! say screw it take other side off and find that one bolt has backed out and is rubbing the stator wow! so all i need now is 2 new gaskets and new stator

so the eiger will get fixed but when who knows!!!!!! i hope people dont think the eiger is a bad machine because this has all been my fault.sure am glad i wanted that 5th gear! the saga continues!
