Forum Upgrade

If anyone has noticed the debug error.....Since we have the error....I've decided to just upgrade to phpbb 3.0. The forum will look "stock" for awhile, till I get a new template....so don't freak out.
I plan on having the outage at night sometime....so if you log in...and board is gone....you'll know why. It will be back shortly.
