Damn, that is rockin. The Yuba along I-80 is as high as I've seen it as well.

This section they fixed has always been one of those deceiving areas on the trail. Always looks like just a slight slope, until you get in it. The little pine is strategically located to keep you from ending up all the way down in the creek :lol:

I am having a ahrd time figurng out where this camber spot is.

Is this that point where you come around a right hand bend in the road and have some rocks that you have to go up, somewhere near the end towards the river, before you tart to hed down to the river?

Back toward Eagle Lakes more, probably about a 1/2 mile or so, just as you come out of the trees and start climbing. As you come out of the trees the view opens up on your left and you can see to the West. That help at all?

The funny thing is...if you look at current river shot....it's not moving violently fast, cause it's so high up into the trees and stuff.

Rode through one day and a group were winching their friends 4 Runner off the tree. I know he's not the only one, the scars were there before he rolled into it.
