Let's do the pot luck on Saturday.

I'll bring a Tri-Tip.

Is this thing really happening? Anyone have any suggestions for an ATV-rideable potluck item? :D

I have two other things going on this weekend, not sure if I can pull it off, but I HATE missing a good night ride. Except when Ken is the point man and navigator. And someone has to teach me what the diff lock dohickey is for. Aw heck, those are fun too! :p

Well, I have some concerns about the Saturday ride. Looks like Gaston Rd (the one into Washington) is closed to everything but licensed for the street vehicles. I have looked at the MVUM and cannot find any way to get to Washington legally. We may have to plan a different ride and just stop somewhere along the way for lunch (brown bag). Unless someone else has a suggestion?

LOL, if I did that no one would want to ride, and I'd have to bring 500 lbs of regular ones just to keep up with everyone's appetites!

Still, not a bad idea Mike, if they were in a strong plastic container they'd survive the ride.

You could always ride to Bassetts for lunch. I've done that from Little Truckee Summit. The FS 54 road that drops down to Bassetts from FS 12 is also street-legal only, but I've never had any problems. It comes out on Hwy 49 straight across from the cafe/gas station/store, so you can park right in front. I can post a map if you guys don't know how to get there from Meadow Lake:

What time do you guys eat dinner on Saturday night? Saturday is also our annual North American Summits On The Air day (ham radio) so I'll probably hit a summit or two on the way in.
