Every month, you have a limit to amount of bandwidth that passes through the site.

When you exceed it....they either cut you off. (I've been dealing with this for 5 days)

http://www.racerxband.com

or they charge you $ for each Meg that you go over. I have a visa on file, so they automatically bill me, and don't turn off the site (which they've done before...like the above site).

Because this site is free (for 1 more year), my limit is 5 GB per month.

Racer X for example...I burn 2 to 10 Gigs per day. 2GB without videos , 8 to 10 GB per day with videos.

Popularity, costs alot.

I don't have the rates handy at the moment....but on average..it costs about $15 a month.

Obviously, I'd rather put new videos up, when the slate is clean....hoping to make it up later in the month, when the vids are "old news".

Hey Be-otch, I saw your post time.... you were home at 9:30? WTF....

I got home at 12:50AM......

Fun ride guys..... Thanks to all (except for the guy who thought riding through Downieville was a good idea).... What the HELL we're you thinking.... lol. That was some funny stuff.....

Well...I know now how long it would have taken us. We left at 6:30PM..roughly.

If all 10 of us...Rode as fast as possible....with only 1 break...AND we didn't get lost (no mean feat, as there are many more "alternate route choices coming back) AND we had no flats or mishaps.....

We would have arrived at the trucks at 9:30PM.

But...realistically...at night, we would have gotten more lost (temporarily) and had more pee breaks....

Steve, Jack and I....with only 1, 10 minute break for a flat and only getting briefly lost 3 times in the day light....left Gold Lake at 2PM and got to the canon 2hrs and 55 minutes later. Only 3 riders is alot faster than 10 and we all had radios to keep tabs on.

So I predict, we would have arrived at the trucks around 10:30PM...add 1 hour.

So it would have been a LONG, LONG night.
