Auburn Powersports Update

Postby Ken » Fri Nov 12, 2010 2:59 pm

I stopped by and talked to Jeff.

They had just received a whole much of merchandise and were unloading it. He told me that yesterday, he was awarded his Polaris dealership back. He's going to put a big tent out there, when he gets gear.

He's waiting word on the Honda award....

And....they're moving again.

For you long time Auburn people.....He's moving back into the original Honda dealership on 49...no, not the stupid movie theater....the original building...which was the Backyard furniture/hot tub/fountains/giant tree pot place that went under a few years ago.

Oy vey! Pick a frigging spot already!!

I like them where they are, except they could use a little updating. Funny, when I was there a month ago, they were furiously working on updates inside and now they're frigging leaving all that behind?? Rent at the new place (OTD location) must be ridiculous, because ultimately, that is THE place to be.

Must be....

He got an investor to buy the building down 49. If you think about it...it's a great location...a lot more impulse traffic there....since you see it very easily.
