Warn 62135 Solenoid

What are the chances that both solenoids on both Kawasaki's would be bad -- at the same time?

Went riding yesterday, used the winch once to climb some boulders (worked well). Got back to the truck and wanted to use the winch to assist in ramping into the bed and the winch wouldn't fire up.

Got home, decided I'd pull what I thought was a functioning solenoid from my 2005 and it's winch also wouldn't fire.

Two bad Solenoids at the same time?

Power and ground are fine on both solenoids, but I get no voltage on the outputs to the winch with the motor running and hitting the forward/backward buttons.
