Definitely an interesting concept, but I don't see it happening.

The first time you banged a rock on the bottom, it wouldn't be water tight. It wouldn't make it through mud either as the tires seemed tiny and no real fender wells.

Also looked larger than 48" wide, so it wouldn't fit through most ATV approved trails (at least in Utah).

I sure like the concept though! They need to have a version that also converts to snow-cat! :D

It looks like it could be fun under certain conditions, but I don't think it would really work as an ATV.
