I have a small tube for a rod thats about 3-4 feet long that I can strap to my atv. I have a waist belt that holds a small amount of tackle etc. Sometime times I bring a coupld of small plastic boxes that I can throw in my atv box. You need to go ride hell hole with us. its a good spot for fishing at the end.

That's my problem also, I can go to Florida and fish inshore or offshore or bass fish with out any problems and can be somewhat succesful, I go down to a river or lake here and I am totally lost. I have a lot to learn about trout fishing of any kind but I am trying, I recently bought a float tube that I can take on my ATV and hit some remote lakes.

Maybe you could organize a fishing trip/ATV ride :D ?

I got my kids Mickey Mouse rod. It is about 15 years old, but a little grease and it should be fine.
Its about 2 feet in total length. Its yours if you want it and I can find it.

You have to deal with the pointing and laughing!

To make an ATV into a bass rig, all you need is a drink holder and to put your baseball hat on sideways.

Real fishermen don't waste their time on bass, because we all know bass are really just glorifed carp.

I have a collapsible rod that I put into a PVC pipe to protect it. A removable reel and a small tackle box and you are set.
