The OHV area where they died is a popular spot that has had some developer driven opposition lately. Hopefully this won't be the last nail in the area's coffin.

Only the good die young.
I was wondering the same thing, Loppy. I don't know, but I thought the RZRs used a 4-point or 5-point harness like we use in sailplanes(?). The flight instructors teach us how to jettison the canopy, release harness and bail out... but no one mentions what to do if the airplane is already spinning or tumbling. Gotta be a lot harder to get out of Mr. RZR or Mr. Airplane if that happens.

Wow... That was some hill.
the vehicle toppled backward, tumbling between 1,500 and 2,000 feet down the hill.
