OK, not a complete video just a 1-minute "coming attractions" type of trailer. We are riding north of Yuba Pass right after that snow storm we had back in the first week of October.

I need to do some more work on the audio before making the complete video. The audio filter I used on the opening shot made me sound like my lips were frozen or something. They didn't actually freeze until later. :)

Oh my gosh, it really does! Look at the little trees behind the Grizzly and the ones behind your person's helmet. It's like we're at the same spot just a few years later. Can't be, but its still eerie...

I've never seen videos like these, I downloaded them all, oh man these are fantastic. What cameras do you use? You must have them mounted everywhere. I've been away far too long.

I have a day off today so I'm just going to watch them over and over.

I'm glad you're liking the videos, QMaze! If you like mine, here are some others you should check out from ATV-guru:

http://www.atv-guru.com/Videos.htm

Van Guru and ATV Boom! are my favorites, but all his stuff is good. He's been doing this longer than me and I'm just trying to get as good as he is. 8)

I use helmet cameras from helmetcamera.com. I like their stuff because they make this indestructible mount that is fantastic. The other companies must think we ride like sissies or something, because they either provide no mount or a crappy one with no protection.

I record the video from those using Sony HC-96's sitting in a Pelican case. I run one on my helmet and another on my rack full time. Then if my flying buddy Dennis is riding with me, we put his on his rack for 3 on-quad full time cameras. I put another HC-96 on the ground here and there for added shot variety.

The rack cams use RAM Mount stuff to mount them so I can move them around for different shots. The low-rear shot we used in Granite and Grunge, Get Ready and Finally Riding Baby! is a really neat one especially for water/mud/snow like in those videos. For next year I'm hoping to add a 3rd cam for a full time low front shot (the "Rock Cam"). :)

Dohhh!! It's up there and it appears to be the right size, but maybe something is ka-futzed with the file. I'll try and start a test download tonight before I go to bed and see if I can figure it out. Thanks for the good words! :)

Hang tight HellCat, we're actually thinking of doing that next year. Seriously. Check out this contraption. Here is a video where some other guy used it to shoot a Yamaha bike from the air:

Our next-best idea was to go up to Hat Creek Rim. We'd flip for who would fly (hang glider) and who would get to go blazing down the road that runs behind the rim on a Grizzly. The guy in the air would use a helmet cam to get a good fast strafing shot of the Grizzly, then do a pull up and hopefully have enough airspeed to make it back out to the rim. Climb up again and repeat. I was just hoping to get good enough with the contraption that we could maybe hover it and both ride under in the same shot. 8)

Right on GG, I would love to be part of ground crew for that.
