Where my front end is, IS the deepest part....it gets shallower as you go past the rock. Just good info to know.

Mmmmmmm. Tasty trout! Is that a Brown or a big Brookie? Looks a little dark for a Rainbow.

It's a rainbow...it's just dark in the photo. Just some guys we met on the trail.

Wow, you guys were really smokin' down that trail. Winch hill #1 in only an hour!

"Yeah, you can go across, its no big deal, just turn to the left"
"So make it happen"
"You're not even over your tires, you f**"

That's code for 'I hope you can swim, because you're about to sink', right?

LOL. He was whining...."There's a hole here!"

And...just so it's known....the first river crossing where Dusty floated...I did it first. He didn't see me float.....so, I just neglected to tell him. If you notice, he's coming back. We both went across...then I went back...and encouraged him to do the same on film. :)

I figured with flow at 85...it was a good time to test other routes. Better to know there's a hole at 85, than at 500. Right Keith?

Yup, that's the "Loppy bolt" alright. Did he loose his or did it shear off like mine did?

Eric, why didn't you come back over yesterday morning? There was about a foot of fresh up on Verdi Peak. Lorren cut a side wall. Fishaholic came by. It was an awesome ride!

Because when I woke up, it was colder than a witch's teat in a brass bugle. By the time it "warmed up" I figured your camp would look like this (empty) like when I rolled in the day before:

Except maybe for a whole mess of snow, of course.

Dohhhh!! Sounds like I missed a great ride. Good for you guys in showing us sissy local boys how to handle the snow.
8)

P.S. - One word for Lorren: Bighorns. :P
