Rode Laporte

Rode Laporte Sunday 7-23. Started at Pilot, around Fillmore, visited Skyhigh, and back through Delahunty over Sawmill Ridge. Winter took its toll on a lot of the roads as compared to last year. Nice weather with temps in the mid to high 80's. Nice views from buzzards roost ridge. Can't beleive Pilot...

Was up there a weekend before last. Took the bikes from Spualding to Bassetts for lunch. At least that was the plan. Bewteen Bowman and Jackson Meadows there is a decent washout that cars or stock pickups, or trailers will not make. Quads, yes with a 'little' effort. Shortly after that we hit a good...

Pretty cool. Saw the Eagle feeding the eaglets. Was up near Campbell Creek years ago fishing and Bald Eagles were nesting and fighting in the trees right next to the campground we were in.

Most of the lakes up there freeze. Sledding is quite the adrenaline rush that's for sure. Sounds like you were a fish outta water. If I knew you were going to take to sledding so qiuck I woulda sold you my 900 for a great deal. Get better but don't push it.

Suzuki motorcycle wash

Amazing stuff. Bought it after a friend recommended. Spray on and hose off and it takes the road grime, thin film of clay or dirt right off. No more scrubbing. I used it on the bike, the lawn mower, quad and sled this weekend. They all look showroom new. Just under $10 and well worth it. I think Hon...
