Hey All.. Here's an idea for anyone who has an '05 Sportsman. I bought an aftermarket cargo-box but hate to have to use the straps to hold it down. I took some 5/16"x2" long steel pins and welded 5/16 cap screws to the pins.(these need to be welded "offset" and the heads of the screws need to be gro...

Here's a pic....yes I have actually gotten it dirty lol. About tires, I was gonna wait till next year. Kind of hoping the pxt's will suffice as the cash flow has taken a large hit hehehe.
