I was telling a riding buddy up in Bend, OR that the trailhead in Plumas NF is only about 4.5 hours from his house (a SWAG based on how long it takes us to drive to Lakeview to go hang gliding). So I'm thinking it should only be about 3.5 - 4 hours for you, Junfan.

No, unfortunately I missed going to Little Deer Lake. I passed the turnoff to it on the way up to Snake Lake, made a mental note to check out that trail on the way down, then completely spaced it.
