Ken for the most part when the suspension is working the axle angles are flatening out, actually reducing strain on the cv joints. Under extreme articulation the a-arms will angle up, but not as much as they angle down under non loaded conditions. Take a look at the pics on the link I posted as an e...

When I use it is at the Tellico orv and its all rock crawling and you don't ever get over 30 mph untill you come to the gravel road. When I get to the gravel road I hook it back up and it only takes just a min. That is how my buddy rides. It only takes a bit for him to reconnect it, but the travel ...

I see your points, but the bulk of the force is not in tension and is not on the pin. Basically the sway bar would have to be pulled straight up and put the pin under a shear load in order for the pin to fail. I will look at a polaris setup more closely and get a feel for the loads. I almost an iden...

For all you rock crawlers here is a great and easy way to increase your suspension travel for the rough stuff. http://www.atvnation.com/modules/AMS/article.php?storyid=168 I have a buddy that did this mod and is VERY pleased in the resulting suspension travel and added traction in the tough stuff. W...

I asked him about the reverse and he said there was a fix performed and an additional 3year warranty added to the quad. He used to work at the shop and I know he takes good care of his stuff. About half of those miles we put on while ridding together. If someone has both and would be willing to shar...

That is a 650v made by Kawasaki. You are right, from what little I have been able to ride the cat it doesn't handle speed well. It is a monster in the slow going though. The only thing stopping me from the polaris is the dealer here and the price. I talked to the Polaris dealer again last night and ...

How does that King Quad compair on the trail to the Polaris quads? My buddy has one with Holeshot ATP's on it and I liked everything but the low end lag it has. I am going to get a new quad soon, just haven't decided on wich one yet. At the top of my list right now is the Arctic cat 500, Polaris 500...

question about your Break Stuff Vid.
I was watching the Let's break stuff video on this site and saw a BF750 riding with you guys. What are your thoughts on this quad? How does it compair in the rough stuff to your Polaris quads? Any info would be appriceated.
