It was nice to meet you Dave. After we left you we got stopped by some forest rangers to tell us Gaston Road is for street licensed vehicles only. They gave us a warning and said they don't agree with the law but have to enforce it. Not sure how people will be able to ride from Washington.

Nice pictures thanks for sharing. I rode the right side of Robinson Flat back in 2006 and the left side last year and we rode to Serene Lakes. I may check it out the right side this weekend, I am itching to ride.

We stayed at River Rest last weekend, didnt go to N Bloomfield went to Allegany instead, wasnt sure if we could do both in one day. I think we can make it to both if we dont have people get lost and have to wait then back track.

Has anyone rode to North Bloomfield? Do they allow ATV's through town or would we have to park and walk aways? The Malakoff Diggins looks like it would also be nice to see, we wouldn't want to stay long or pay to walk through the hydraulic mining site, It would be cool to just see the huge cliffs. W...

We have been using the Midlands on a few trips now and they work pretty good, they get staticy when spaced out really far, if we are making a turn or alerting the group of traffic everybody chimes in. Does anybody know if Hagerty Road is clear from the no dust house to Graniteville Road? I am trying to plan a route?

Does anybody know if there is still a tree across the trail up at Pinoli Peak? There was about a month ago, we where able to go under it with quads but we will have sbs on our next trip.

You got some nice shots. I will be riding in that area on the 28th and 29th of this month, I am going to map out the ride and hope to see some of those areas.

that's exactly where we where Grizzly. i thought about going the way you said but it seemed like it was going in the wrong direction and i was tired of trying to navagate on my small gps screen an it was getting late.
