Front A arms
So I look at the diagram of the front suspension and the A arm looks like it is held in by two bolts. So I assume the A arm is threaded for the bolts to screw into. So I hit the bolts on the A arm with the impact gun to take them out so I can fix the bracket and they just spin. So are they stripped ...

Now you have to let us know when this POS runs! OK, I did drive it around the neighborhood today. So it does run and I think the drive train is ok, I think it was just stuck in low range when I brought it home. I did find the problem why it was parked, the driver side A arm bracket is wallered out....

Sticking in low range
I got it running today and took a little ride, it ran great in high range forward and reverse. Then I stuck it in low range and had a heck of a time getting it out. It will shift ok as long as the motor isn't running so is this just a matter of adjustment or something else???????

Spark Plug Boot / TFI
I have the one cylinder engine in my Polaris Ranger 6x6 and the spark plug boot is loose from the wire. This is the odd ball boot that fits into the head and the spark plug wire is built into the tfi unit. All the parts manuals I can find on line show a two cylinder engine so is the one I have all o...

Thanks on the reply about the oil, that was what I was wondering. Looks like I'll be making another run to the dealer. It was the tire rim that the holes were broke out on and bolt for the wheel studs number 15. I did get 4 of the tires and rims fixed and the rims painted, two more to do. I did noti...

Hi everyone, I had a couple of three wheelers many years ago and have a Polaris Ranger 6x6 for about a month now. I have no clue about this thing, but I am slowly making head way with it. I got two of the tires fixed and the new master cylinder came yesterday so hopefully I can get this thing runnin...

Polaris oils, is there anything else????
First off I would like to thank Ken for directing me here. I have a Polaris Ranger 6x6 that I'm trying to bring back from the dead. The only Polaris dealers are over an hour away and the on line manuals just give part numbers for the gear oils. 3. Transmission Polaris AGL Gearcase Lubricant (PN 2873...
