Larger batteries???????

Anyone running something like a car battery in their atv's or sxs's???????? A car battery is about the same price as the smaller batteries, but you would have more juice on hand for the winch and other things.

Tell me what you think any problems with the idea.

Ohio has four atv trails and they can't be wider than 50 inches also. So that just leaves the pay to play parks in Indiana since the Ranger is wider.

Thanks guy's, after I cut the gussets off i can see why everyone complains about the frames. [img] Maybe it is just me but I would have ran a weld across the gap then braced it. Anyway that was what I did before I weld...

Light duty receiver hitch

I wanted a rear recovery point for my Polaris Ranger so I thought I would put a receiver hitch on the back. That way I could use the recovery shackle that I use for my CJ for it also. So off to the steel yard I went today. I did find out that 2" square stock won't work for a receiver hitch since the...

My question is, some say that can't be with the sock on, as all the racers run K/N filters in the Baja and look how dusty that is and have no problems with there machines. Any comments on that. I run the K & N filters on both my Jeeps and have for many years without a problem. Since a Polaris deale...
