If you read that spec sheet, that one for $449 comes with the Magellan Topo 3D map software. Ken, Where did you find this information? The Magellan web site doesn't show much, and everything I've read makes it look like the Topo software is extra. I'm ready to send the Vista packing, just waiting f...

If it's on the sideway....new tire. What's the trail repair for a sidewall? After what I went through breaking this one down it's doubtful I'd be able to break the bead on the trail and be able to get a large temporary patch inside. I need to get me one of those mini spares that all the new cars co...

Patch or Plug?
Looks like last trip I picked up a nail in my right rear. I've was in Di$neyland all week and came home today to find her flat. I'd really like to put on some new radials, but I was in Di$neyland all week. So, should I plug or just put in a patch? In all my miles I've never had a flat on a quad. Wit...

A friend took his Suzuki Twin Peaks in for the recall and got it done right away. He was told they didn't have parts for the Kawaski, but did for the Suzuki. Aren't they the same bike, built by Kawasaki and badged Suzuki? I'm curious, what dealership did he take it to? It was Good Times in Sacramen...

Re: New memeber checking in
Awesome. You can check Dreamflows to find the levels in advance...about 125 is MAX for a quad to cross. And let us know when you're going back to the Fordyce...maybe some of us can go. Thanks Ken. I called a friend at PG&E before we left. He'd flown into Fordyce a week earlier and said the flows we...

They said they could not get parts and had no idea when the parts would be available  A friend took his Suzuki Twin Peaks in for the recall and got it done right away...

Hi all, I just signed in and really enjoy the site. As Dennis mentioned lots of local information and details. I live in Grass Valley and have been riding the Northern Sierras for years. I just popped for a new Suzuki and so far have been very pleased with it. Went up and ran Fordyce to the first cr...
