Got it off (finally). Damned near threw my back out trying to put as much torque on that bolt as humanly possible. I used another wrench in the holder hole to keep the pulley from moving. Once I had the pulley off, I had to pry under the spring to force the belt remnants out. New belt installed, swi...

CVT Belt Replacement (Kawi Brute Force 750i)

Help! I just pulled the CVT cover off to replace my belt and I'm finding there's old belt shrapnel still wrapped around the spline on the rear most pulley. I've been unable to budge the bolt to remove that pulley (turns the crank) to remove the old belt components. Here are a few photos to illustrat...

thats a great set up did you build it yourself? You got to be ready for some real good trips with that. We just finished riding the San Rafael Swell (in Utah), and we're now camped at Winkleman's RV (Hoovers) just outside Marysvale. Tomorrow we get in our last ride on the Paiute until June 2009! (i...

No, in fact the tent takes very little room and I can easily fit two standard sized coolers, extra water, propane, etc.

My ATV Setup

After the snow and rain passed, I decided that I'd been sitting inside long enough, so I went out cleaned up the ATV, took the trailer out and machined a mount for my new Kolpin 4gal. flat fuel pack. Not bad, eh? http://www.xmission.com/~jamesk/btrailer1.jpg http://www.xmission.com/~jamesk/btrailer2...
