Are you sure it isn't just from the molding process? Its plastic, right? Could also be a hole where a screw is countersunk??? Just throwing out some ideas. Looking for some help, I have installed the snorkels with no issues. During last minute check before water test I found a small black circle on the top of the ECM. It looks like a vent, but theres not enough of a lip to put a hose on. Any ideas on what I can do?
