We made a run on the 18th from Fuller Lake area to Bassetts. Only a patch of snow in a roadside ditch at the top of Yuba Pass Road. Quite dusty as a matter of fact. As mentioned, mosquitos were bad.

Thanks for the offer Chad!! I will take you up on that. I do plan on riding bikes and quads more this winter with the sled gone and depending on schedule. My bikes in comparison are like the your 525's but just a slightly shorter stroke....too technical will be quite the workout.

Sounds like a technical ride. You have a new demo bike eh? One of these days I'll have to get up there to Almanor. Just took the Husky on a break in ride down around American House. Perfect conditions. Week before that we rode from LaPorte to Sloat then back up LaPorte Quincy Highway for a nice 80 m...
